One of the major problems that many international and interstate inquiries face on an everyday basis is securing the rental Property and getting their application accepted.
Why? Because many of our clients have had little rental history in Sydney or Australia and many property managers are reluctant to check the contacts overseas to confirm applicant references.
At Kathryn Hall Real Estate, through our many years of real estate experience, we know what a property manager is looking for. We also have the expertise to offer assistance when completing the tenant application form.
Last week we met an international executive who tried to secure a rental property by himself and was rejected for the property because the Property Manager thought that as he was a single gentleman that he may not look after the home as well as a family with young children. We were able to turn that around and demonstrate that our client was indeed very suitable, (we secured a professional cleaner that would clean the home each week) and he now is happy settling into that particular home.

The fact that we represent clients seeking good quality rental accommodation also goes a long way to influencing Property Managers and convincing them, that as we are representing our clients we also have their (the property Agents) best interests at heart as well.
