I LOVE BIDDING FOR YOU AT AUCTIONS

The spring market is set, there are more buyers than properties and the demand is strong.
The agents are already predicting a crazy run up to Christmas. The last few weekends have seen a large number of registered buyers, along with people from the neighborhood attending auctions.
Not all buyers who register will bid.

Why?

Fear and intimidation is the main reason buyers will not bid at auction, and that is understandable.
Let’s face it; buying at auction can be overwhelming and also frustrating. It’s not every day that you head off to Real Estate world to buy at auction.

Where do you start? What is the price you should start your bid? What if the bidding goes over your price? How do you know who is bidding?

What steps do you need to go through and what hoops do you need to jump through?

First off all, consider engaging a buyers agent to bid on your behalf. I became an auctioneer some 40 years ago and I love standing on the floor in front of the auctioneer bidding on behalf of my client.

By engaging an agent to bid for you, you can have the advantage of knowing you have someone on your side of the gavel.
Someone why can guide you through the process, who can start the bidding for you, stay by your side or on the phone, someone who can scan the room and identify the competition, and use their skills to get you that property.

My job is to help you to avoid the fear and intimidation. I have your back. I can stand up front and protect you from the stress.

It’s what I love to do, helping you to your next chapter and to bid with confidence and secure the property.

Give me a call to discuss this exclusive auction bidding service.
