Is it OK to indicate you like a property to the selling agent, necessary in fact.  Their ability to manage their vendors expectations is dependent on your feedback. Love it? Tell them.  Can’t get past the damp smell or ceiling height? Tell them.  The selling agent’s ability to include you in the negotiations is also dependent on knowing your level of interest.
